Home help
As part of the Home Help and Support services, Monaco Santé Services only employs qualified and experienced people: Educational and Social Support Worker (AES), Specialized Educator, Educational Monitor, Social Life Assistant (AVS), DEAES (State Diploma of Educational and Social Support Worker)…
Depending on your profile and aspirations, you will support elderly and/or disabled people to promote greater independence within and outside their homes. You will help people with the essential activities of daily living, as well as with the development and maintenance of their social life. As a true medical-social professional, you will work with your agency's team to develop the personalized support plan based on the evolving situation of the beneficiaries.
Child care
A true professional, you hold a CAP Petite Enfance or DEAES (Certificate of Professional Achievement in Early Childhood). Your mission: you will care for children under 3 years old in their homes, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Household assistance
You work in the homes of independent individuals who wish to free themselves from household chores. You will work independently to maintain their homes (floor cleaning, dusting, tidying, shopping, meal preparation, etc.) and/or laundry, while respecting their instructions and requirements. As a true professional, your expertise is just as important as your interpersonal skills (respecting the privacy of the beneficiaries, punctuality, etc.).
