What is the difference?

The provider is employed by the company Monaco Santé Services, which pays salaries, social security contributions, hiring costs and insurance in the event of an accident at work.

At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice that corresponds to the displayed price of the service. The price to be paid is net and corresponds to the displayed price of the services. The service provider undertakes to carry out regular checks, at the beneficiary's home, to ensure that the interventions are progressing properly through its coordinating nurse.

You have no administrative link with the speaker who is an employee of Monaco Santé Services.

In this case, the system applied is truly that of a service provision, that is to say that the interventions can be suspended or stopped on request without compensation.

Likewise, the coordinators are available to assist you with the choice of speakers and the progress of the service at home.

The agency service is defined as the placement of workers with individual employers and, on behalf of the latter, the completion of formalities and social and tax declarations linked to the employment of these workers.

Please note that in this system, you are the employer of the worker. Although this does not involve any administrative steps for you, you remain legally responsible in the event of a labor dispute.

The contracting company determines staffing needs and helps define the position to be filled. It is responsible for recruiting staff, managing schedules, and ensuring replacements are made if necessary.
The provider is employed by you, who are the private employer. Monaco Santé Services represents you and fulfills certain obligations related to your status as employer: administrative procedures for hiring and termination of contract, payment of salaries, social security contributions (partial advance of costs).
At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice for management fees as well as a summary of salary costs and social security contributions.

As part of the agent service, the company evaluates your satisfaction and ensures that the personnel presented are suitable for the tasks to be performed. However, the company does not carry out home monitoring of the progress of the interventions but can provide you with its experience in this area.

The quote does not include work accident insurance, which must be added to the total amount (calculated proportionally to the payroll).

The cessation of employee interventions (as well as the end of the management mandate by the company) may represent additional costs in compliance with labor law (notice, compensation).

Finally, we draw your attention to the fact that the proxy system remains more difficult to set up if you already have staff employed at your home, even if the staff is not employed by the person who will benefit from the interventions of the home helpers (only one file per household for social declarations).
