Do you or a loved one need help following hospitalization or temporary disability?

After hospitalization, the long-awaited return home can still involve some difficulties for the person and those around them, both on a human and material level.
Whether it is simple company, maintenance of the apartment and laundry, assistance with travel, washing, the provision of a medical bed, a shower seat, the Monaco Santé Services team is there to provide assistance by offering a whole range of interventions.
Preparation for returning home can be done at the place of hospitalization or convalescence, in conjunction with the medical team at the care center and, if desired, with the family.
A detailed quote can be provided during the hospitalization. Upon acceptance, the provider(s) will be introduced to the beneficiary. Interventions can begin immediately upon discharge from the hospital.

Before the intervention, Monaco Santé Services will contact you or the beneficiary (if the latter is not the applicant) at the place of hospitalization.
In coordination with the doctor and the medical team of the hospital establishment, Monaco Santé Services will offer a set of services in accordance with the request and needs:

• Help with everyday tasks: help with getting up, going to bed, taking meals/medication, washing, dressing, putting on makeup, doing hair.
• Support for social life, leisure activities and appointments
• Mobility assistance (assistance with transfers, moving around inside and outside the home).
• Administrative assistance.
• Domestic help for meal preparation, cleaning, ironing and laundry.
